Data we process
When you request updates, we collect your email address, consent, language and submission page. For security and request management, the notification includes the date and time, IP address and browser user agent; country is included only if available from the server service. We do not request your name, telephone number or payment data. Hosting systems may generate technical logs needed for operation and security.
Purposes and legal bases
With your consent we use your address to respond to your request, send a confirmation and provide WME OPERATIONS launch updates. Consent is optional: without it you cannot submit the update request, but you can visit the entire site. Withdraw it at any time by writing to info@wme-ops.com, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Abuse and spam controls rely on the legitimate interest in service security. Google Analytics statistics are enabled only with separate analytics cookie consent.
Recipients and providers
Requests are emailed to staff and collaborators authorized to manage the project. Hosting, email and technical support providers may process data within their respective roles and applicable arrangements. If you accept analytics, Google receives technical and usage data in accordance with its privacy documentation. We do not sell your data and this site does not enable personalized advertising.
International processing
The controller is based in Hong Kong. Managing requests may therefore involve access to data from Hong Kong. International providers, including Google when authorized, may involve further processing outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland. Where required by applicable law, transfer safeguards must be put in place, such as standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures. Ask info@wme-ops.com for information about recipients, countries and applicable safeguards.
Retention
Requests and consent are retained to manage launch updates, until withdrawal or the end of that purpose; the controller provides for periodic review and deletion after 24 months without a renewed documented need, except for legal obligations or the protection of rights. Temporary technical records used by this form to limit abuse and prevent duplicate sending are valid for up to 24 hours. Expired records are removed during subsequent form checks or by the server’s temporary-file cleanup. Hosting logs follow provider rules and security requirements. The cookie choice and configured analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of 180 days.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent. Contact info@wme-ops.com; proportionate information may be requested to verify your identity. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante, the authority in your EU country, the Swiss FDPIC or the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
Automated decisions and changes
We do not use form data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Read the cookie policy for cookies, local storage, analytics and withdrawal of preferences. This notice describes the presentation site and launch update form; it will be updated if services or purposes change.
